Citizen's Bond Oversight Committee Pioneer Union Elementary School District's Measure P Bond Citizens Oversight Committee was established in January 2006 upon the successful passage of a Proposition 39 Bond as part of the November 2005 election. The voters residing within the Pioneer Union Elementary School District approved the bond proposal, Measure P, in the amount of $7.5 million dollars to build a new elementary school; upgrade and construct classrooms and labs as needed; update sewer and plumbing; and to make any other health and safety improvements to the district facilities. As stated by AB 1908, the purpose of the Committee shall be to inform the public regarding the expenditure of the bond proceeds. |
